Lyrix Telecom is a company incorporated in Hong Kong and operates in Indonesia, Myanmar and Bangladesh.  Our main business is centered in the provision of cyber security service, call centre number service and virtual IT department service.

We offer flexible, on demand capacity and pricing options to allow for   call efficiency and cost-effectiveness for  voice services. We offer both flat-rate and metered voice channels to suit your inbound calling patterns. • Our company has global  telecom experience and  knowledge of international regulations and carrier relations. 

Our services run on our private global network supporting billions of minutes per day with fully redundant capabilities, automated quality, abuse monitoring and sophisticated routing and reporting systems, all backed by a Network Operations and Customer Support Center operating on a 24/7/365 basis. Our network leverages on our cloud platform, which combined with traditional telephony infrastructure allows  active control and direct calling.  Incoming calls are forwarded to virtual numbers over the public internet or via direct peering using VoIP or TDM. In addition, virtual numbers may be forwarded to landlines, or mobile phones, anywhere in the world, at low pay-per-minute rates. Virtual numbers can be used with our advanced cloud-based phone system, offering full PBX features such as voice menus, call recording, voice mail, call center and conferencing. Virtual numbers are compatible with any SIP-based IP Phone, soft phone or our dedicated mobile app.
